To make a direct reservation at Jama Hostel, please follow these steps:
- Visit the main page at www.jamahostel.com or go to the Book Now section.
- Enter the check-in and check-out dates, along with the total number of guests.
- Select the room(s) you wish to reserve from the search results. You can reserve multiple rooms at once.
- Provide your personal information and choose from the available payment methods: card payment by Transbank Webpay Plus, Paypal or Western Union.
That’s it! You have successfully completed your reservation. If you paid with a Debit or Credit Card, the reservation will be automatically confirmed with an email sent to your email address. If you paid by bank transfer, the reservation will remain active for 1 hour before expiring. We kindly request that you send us the payment receipt to the provided email address so we can confirm your reservation.
